Payments: Sorry, no C.O.D.! Orders for delivery will not be approved until payment received. For greater security , please give notice of purchases over $1000. For purchases with direct deposit or bank cheque, please ring.
Refunds or Exchange policy: If you believe your product is defective, please ring Luminous Lights on 0431 522 524 or email peter@luminouslights.com.au for a refund/exchange authorisation first. Client feedback and support is really important to Luminous Lights. Unless otherwise stated all products are new and have a new manufacturers warranty . Please choose carefully!
Delivery: Shipping and Handling extra. Please allow at least six (6) weeks for delivery!
